Entry position salary starts averagely ₹15+ LPA in INR ( $100K+ USD), and if you continue to develop yourself then you can easily reach up to ₹50+LPA in INR ($500K+ USD) within 5-6 years 

Changing position is also possible within company if you want to try something new.

Work Culture

You will work as a team player, since the recruitment process is designed in a way to pass only those.

Employers will care about your life/work balance. They know that it is better to have good employee for years, that to have an overworked one who will burn out in one year

Cons at MAANG

As with any other large corporation, MAANG also have cons.

In my opinion, the biggest one is that, more often changes occur in services, things are tough to adapt/ change, compared to smaller firms

Is it good to chase a MAANG job?

Well it is all from experience, and Experience will vary from person to person, team to team, and company to company 

You’ll never know if you didn’t try.

Is it possible to get selected as a fresher?

• It all depends on skills and recommendations.
• If you are planning to get a job at MAANG or other big MNC. You need a lot of skills as well as your Letter Of Recommendation and resumes speak most.
• Get exposure with many people, get references, do as many internship projects and reach out many connections among people and apply through HR people or recruiters of MAANG by reaching them out in Platforms like LinkedIn etc,.
• It is always worth it to get as many connections.

In Interview, the recruiter notices your resume, at that time your project and skills define how capable you are. So always give it a try.
