Placements

If you are preparing for your interviews and you get confused about how to start practicing.

Here’s a small tip:

  • Start with Aptitudes:

    • Most of the companies conduct Aptitudes as the first level of interview.

    • It is just to analyze your knowledge to solve problems within a certain amount of time.

  • For the next round, go with programming quizzes:

    • Some of them conduct quizzes along with Aps.

    • Simple logic of programs that need to be filled will be the answers.

  • For the next round, there will be a Programming challenge:

    • They will ask you to develop/write code for certain problems to solve.

    • In this round, they will analyze your code by means of complexity.

    • By this they can predict whether you are unique and know a different approach than other common approaches.

  • Next round will be final:

    • Mostly this round is a face-off interview.

    • At this stage you are mostly on the edge of your order.

    • In this round, they will ask some questions regarding your Resume, Projects, and previous experience in terms of Jobs, or Internship.

    • They will also analyze your communication, social skills, also your presence of mind to speak of, And most importantly patience & pressure handling.

    • Also at the end you can ask doubts or queries. But ask them if you can ask doubts first then shoot your questions.

These are simple gestures of rounds that are conducted in most companies for beginners. So be prepared, be confident, and don’t be afraid.

If you didn’t get placed, Then take it as an experience and try again next time. It means only one thing: That is not your day. Also, don’t be like “Go with the flow”. Because only Dead fish go with the flow.

There is some practice ground for your coding and aptitude rounds. I’ll share them in the next coming posts.
